Judge Refuses To Drop Murder Charges Against Lindsay Clancy

A bid to get Lindsay Clancy's murder charges dropped has been thrown out by a judge in Massachusetts.

Judge William Sullivan denied a motion filed by attorney Kevin Reddington on Thursday that would have found her not guilty of murdering her three children.  Reddington had said there was no evidence that said Clancy admitted to the murders.

Clancy's first trial ended last month with jurors deadlocked over her insanity defense.  She's due back in court on November 2nd.
