Except as specifically agreed in writing, no content from wsar, or wsar.com may be used, reproduced, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise exploited in any way. Any non-sanctioned use of WSAR proprietary property is expressly forbidden, and shall be aggressively protected.
WSAR Live Stream
You may not use the WSAR live stream in any manner which is unlawful, or prohibited by these terms. You may not use the WSAR Live Stream in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair WSAR, or interfere with any party's use and enjoyment of WSAR, WSAR.COM, or WSAR LIVE STREAM.
YOU MAY NOT USE WSAR, OR ANY WSAR PROPRIETARY PROPERTY FOR ANY PURPOSE THAT IS UNLAWFUL, OR PROHIBITED BY THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS. YOUR ACCESS TO WSAR, AND/OR WSAR.COM MAY BE TERMINATED AT WSAR'S SOLE DISCRETION WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH ANY PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS.
On November 30, 2021, Bristol County Broadcasting, LTD, licensee of WSAR, 1480 kHz, Fall River, MA filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission for renewal of its broadcast station license. Members of the public wishing to view the application or obtain information about how to file comments and petitions on the application can visit publicfiles.fcc.gov, and search in WSAR's public file.
