Lindsay Clancy is expected to be back in court this week. 

The Massachusetts woman, who claims she was suffering from postpartum psychosis, admitted to strangling her three children before trying to kill herself in 2023. 

Her recent murder trial ended in a mistrial after jurors remained deadlocked and could not reach a unanimous verdict. 

Clancy's attorney is expected to push for the charges against her to be dropped.  Prosecutors have not said yet whether they plan to retry Clancy. 

Her next court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday.
