A 36-year-old man is facing charges in Fall River. 

It's alleged Ryan Pavao assaulted two convenience store clerks, threatened them with a knife, and stole 285-dollars. 

Police said it happened around 10:20 Monday night at Mama G's on Rodman Street. 

Pavao is charged with armed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and intimidation.
