A woman is being charged with aggravated intimidation of a witness in the Lindsay Clancy trial. 

Dawn Light was arrested on Tuesday while sitting in her car and allegedly recording jurors.  Her parking spot provided a view of the door being used by jurors, whose identities are being kept secret under court order. 

Light allegedly told State Police she only wanted to see Clancy, but when officers checked her phone, they discovered video of jurors. 

She pleaded not guilty Wednesday and her attorney calls the incident a misunderstanding.
