The second annual Herren Outdoor Shootout Summer Jam, sponsored by Herren Promotion, is set to get underway on Aug. 26-27 in Dartmouth.

Some of the best AAU basketball programs, high school programs and 8th grade teams in the area will gather on Burgo Basketball Association asphalt at 101 Slocum Road for under the lights basketball action, beginning on August 26.

The boys action begins at 4:15 p.m. with Joseph Case vs. Apponequet followed by Westport vs. Dartmouth at 5:15 p.m. Durfee takes to the asphalt at 6:15 p.m. against Taunton High. At 7:15, Greater New Bedford Voc. Tech faces off against New Bedford.

The final contest will pit Bridgewater-Raynham against White Mamba at 8:15 p.m.
