A special meeting of the New Bedford City Council is scheduled for tonight. 

It's to complete unfinished business after last Thursday night's meeting was abruptly suspended.  It became chaotic due to shouting, chants and booing during a discussion about Flock automated license plate reader cameras. 

New Bedford's cameras have been off-line since earlier this month when potential unauthorized use was uncovered.
