As the Massachusetts murder trial of Lindsay Clancy continues, medical examiners have been called on to detail the deaths of her three young children. 

The doctors with the state medical examiner's office delivered graphic testimony on Wednesday about the nature of the children's fatal injuries. 

Court proceedings had to be stopped multiple times as Clancy sobbed during testimony from Dr. Renee Stonebridge and Dr. Barbara Olson. 

Clancy has admitted to killing her children, but her attorney is arguing an insanity defense due to Clancy's claims of postpartum psychosis.  However, prosecutors contend that she acted intentionally and should be held criminally responsible.
