Lindsay Clancy's former nanny is describing her as a loving mother. 

The Boston Globe reports Elaine Rossi testified on Wednesday that the children appeared happy and well cared for.  Rossi says Clancy disclosed that she was struggling with postpartum issues and trouble sleeping, but Rossi never worried about the children's safety. 

Clancy has admitted to killing her three children, but pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder charges.  Her defense says postpartum psychosis made her not criminally responsible, while prosecutors allege the killings were premeditated.
