A ballot question hoping to repeal marijuana in Massachusetts will be voted on in November. 

State election officials say Question Eight will appear on the November 3rd ballot after rejecting a final challenge from marijuana industry groups.  The measure would repeal state laws legalizing, regulating and taxing recreational cannabis. 

Opponents would have needed to invalidate at least 123 signatures to overturn certification of the question, but failed to do so. 

The repeal effort previously survived another commission challenge and a lawsuit before the state's highest court.
