Regular Amtrak service between Boston and New York City resumed yesterday. 

Service was initially suspended when pieces of an on-ramp from Route 10 to I-95 north fell onto the railroad tracks in Cranston, Rhode Island, Friday night.

Limited service resumed Saturday afternoon.
