Police are working to piece together what led up to a serious crash involving a motorcycle in Swansea.

 

The collision occurred just before 8:20 a.m. on Route 6 near Swansea Mall Drive.

 

A 12 News crew on scene saw both the motorcycle and a dump truck with heavy damage.

 

The motorcyclist was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries, police said.
