Are you ready for the next The Big Bang Theory spinoff?
HBO Max has announced that the series Stuart Fails to Save the Universe will be available to stream in July.
The new series stars Kevin Sussman as Stuart, Lauren Lapkus as Denise, Brian Posehn as Bert and John Ross Bowie as Barry.
"Comic book store owner Stuart Bloom is tasked with restoring reality after he breaks a device built by Sheldon and Leonard, accidentally bringing about a multiverse Armageddon," according to its official logline. "Along the way, they meet alternate-universe versions of characters we’ve come to know and love from The Big Bang Theory. As the title implies, things don’t go well."
Additionally, HBO has announced that the series' original theme music will be created by Emmy and Grammy winner Danny Elfman.
Stuart Fails to Save the Universe comes from Chuck Lorre Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television. It is created, written and executive produced by Lorre, Zak Penn and Bill Prady.
Stuart Fails to Save the Universe is not the first Big Bang Theory spinoff. Young Sheldon, which followed the origins of the original show's protagonist, Sheldon Cooper, aired on CBS from 2017 to 2024. A spinoff of Young Sheldon, titled Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage, currently airs on CBS. It premiered in October 2024 and is now in the middle of its second season.
This fifth installment in the stunt comedy film series will also be the final one in the franchise.
Returning cast members participating in this new movie are Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Dave England, Wee Man (Jason Acuña) and Preston Lacy. Others joining the franchise include Ehren McGhehey, Poopies (Sean McInerney), Zach Holmes, Jasper Dolphin, Dark Shark (Compston Wilson) and Rachel Wolfson.
"Featuring all-new stunts and stupidity along with the greatest hits and biggest laughs from the past, Jackass: Best and Last is a joyously raucous celebration of all the mischievous camaraderie that you’ve come to love and expect from these idiots over the past 25 years," according to its official logline. "So, grab your dumb little buddies, raise your glasses, and come experience the cinematic event that promises to be the last time you’ll ever laugh this hard in a theatre."
The trailer beings with a disclaimer, reminding viewers that the stunts in this new film were performed by professionals and telling the audience not to attempt any of the stunts they will see.
There is also a montage of clips from across the many Jackass films, leading to Knoxville on the first day of filming this final movie. Knoxville then says he's sad about the film series coming to an end.
When asked if he feels similarly, Pontius says, "No, I'm not in touch with my emotions."
Paramount Pictures is set to release Jackass: Best and Last in theaters on June 26.

The streamer posted many new photos from the film to its socials on Monday, including one of Enola wearing a wedding dress and matching veil.
Brown hinted at Enola and Tewkesbury's relationship maturing in an interview with Netflix.
"What’s been really nice is getting to explore a more mature version of their relationship,” Brown said. “It’s not just playful anymore, it has real weight to it. We trust each other a lot, which means we can take more risks and really lean into the emotional side of their story."
Philip Barantini directed Enola Holmes 3 from a script by Jack Thorne, which is based on The Enola Holmes Mysteries by Nancy Springer.
In addition to starring, Brown produces the film while her husband, Jake Bongiovi, executive produces.

Jaafar Jackson as Michael Jackson in the film 'Michael.' (Lionsgate)
Michael Jackson had a lot of #1 hits throughout his career, so it seems fitting that a movie about his life has landed at #1 as well.
The biopic Michael, directed by Antoine Fuqua and starring Michael Jackson’s nephew Jaafar Jackson in the title role, moonwalked its way to #1 at the box office this weekend, debuting in the top spot with a haul of $97 million domestically, and $217 million globally, Box Office Mojo reports.
According to Variety, the domestic haul breaks the record for the best biopic debut. The previous record holder was the 2015 N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton, which earned $60 million in its debut week.
Michael’s opening is also the second-best opening of the year, with only The Super Mario GalaxyMovie doing better, with its $131 million debut.
The Super Mario Galaxy Movie slips to #2 this week with $21.2 million in earnings, followed by Project Hail Mary at #3 with $13.2 million. Lee Cronin’s The Mummy and The Drama round out the top five with $5.6 million and $2.6 million, respectively.
Besides Michael, the only other debuts to make it in the top 10 this weekend were Over Your Dead Body, starring Jason Segel and Samara Weaving, at #8 with $1.4 million, and the YoungBoy Never Broke Again documentary, American Youngboy, at #10 with $1.2 million.

Prince Jackson, son of the late pop music superstar Michael Jackson, spoke with ABC News Live Prime anchor Linsey Davis in an exclusive interview discussing the new biopic about his father, Michael.
The 29-year-old was an executive producer on the film, which was directed by Antoine Fuqua — known for Training Day and The Equalizer. The biopic, which arrived in theaters on Friday, covers Michael Jackson's 1960s rise from his childhood music group The Jackson 5 to his solo career during the Bad tour in the late 1980s.
Prince Jackson said the movie was meant to show audiences a side of his father, who is played by Prince Jackson's cousin Jafaar Jackson in the movie, that they may not have seen before.
"For those of us, like myself and younger, that never got to experience that [part Michael Jackson's career], I hope that it contextualizes the growth and the rise to stardom and the hard work and effort that my father put into it," Prince Jackson told Davis.
Prince Jackson and Jafaar Jackson, the son of Michael Jackson's brother Jermaine Jackson, spent time together as children at Hayvenhurst — the California home of their grandfather Joe Jackson.
"One of the greatest experiences of my life — growing up with Jafaar as we did at Hayvenhurst as siblings, as cousins, making home movies to now here we are making a major motion picture about my father, his uncle — someone we both love very much," Prince Jackson said.
The music legend's son said he was surprised by how much it struck him to see Jafaar Jackson in costume as his father.
"[It] was really an emotional shock because I had not seen my father in a long time," Prince Jackson told Davis. "And it was difficult to maintain and keep composure because I really just wanted to give him a hug in that moment. But I had to tell him like, 'Jafaar, I'm proud of you. You're gonna do great. But I need to take a little step outside and get some air.'"
Some critics have reported that the film was "sanitized" and did not dive deeper into controversies that followed Michael Jackson later in his life.
"I think that my father is probably one of the most misunderstood people out there," Prince Jackson said. "And I hope that you get a glimpse into the life and the cause and effect that made him who he was."
Prince Jackson also talked about his nonprofit, Heal Los Angeles Foundation. He noted how his father's example sparked the decision to bring some families his nonprofit served to the LA premiere of Michael to give them a glimpse of the red carpet and the opportunity to meet cast members and celebrities.
"[Michael Jackson] still made time to give back and used his platform to highlight social needs," Prince Jackson said. "And that's where we take inspiration at the Heal Los Angeles Foundation ... we want to inspire young people to be their best and to give them the tools that they need to succeed."
Ciara Miller, Amanda Batula and West Wilson from 'Summer House.' (Bravo)
Andy Cohen is addressing the Summer House fandom after audio from the season 10 reunion leaked online.
The Bravo producer took to Threads on Friday to respond to the fact that audio from the season 10 reunion taping, which occurred on Thursday, has leaked and spread widely online. Specifically, the audio features Summer House cast members West Wilson, Ciara Miller and Amanda Batula in a heated exchange.
"People laid their souls out emotionally for ten hours yesterday and it’s disgusting and illegal for someone to leak or distribute this," Cohen wrote. "It’s disrespectful to the work and tears the cast put in yesterday. Let the season play out. You will see it all in due time."
Bravo posted a statement to its Instagram saying the network has launched a full investigation into how exactly the audio was leaked.
"The Summer House Reunion audio leak represents a serious breach of trust and a clear lack of respect for the cast, crew and the integrity of the production process,” the statement reads. “We take this matter very seriously and have launched a full investigation and we will take appropriate action based on our findings.”
The currently airing 10th season of Summer House has captured the zeitgeist due to a scandal that has been given the colloquial name "Scamanda."
After months of rumors, Batula and Wilson confirmed they are in a relationship in posts made to Instagram on March 31. Batula is married to Summer House cast member Kyle Cooke, although they are divorcing. Wilson is Miller's ex-boyfriend, and Batula was considered one of Miller's close friends.
The Summer House season 10 reunion will air May 26 on Bravo and stream the next day on Peacock.

The show's previously announced main cast includes Mckenna Grace as Daphne Blake, Tanner Hagen as Shaggy Rogers, Abby Ryder Fortson as Velma Dinkley and Maxwell Jenkins as Fred Jones.
Netflix has also posted the first image of this live-action version of the Scooby-Doo gang in costume.
Additionally, Paul Walter Hauser has been cast as a series regular, although the specific role he will play has not been unveiled.
Scooby-Doo: Origins "will uncover how this mystery-solving crew, and their beloved dog, first teamed up to crack the haunting case that started it all," according to the streamer.
Josh Appelbaum and Scott Rosenberg will serve as the show's writers, executive producers and showrunners.
According to Netflix, the show will be a modern reimagining of the Scooby-Doo gang's origin story.
"During their final summer at camp, old friends Shaggy and Daphne get embroiled in a haunting mystery surrounding a lonely lost Great Dane puppy that may have been a witness to a supernatural murder," according to the show's official synopsis. "Together with the pragmatic and scientific townie, Velma, and the strange, but ever so handsome new kid, Freddy, they set out to solve the case that is pulling each of them into a creepy nightmare that threatens to expose all of their secrets."

Jake Reiner, the eldest son of renowned director Rob Reiner and his wife Michele Reiner, is speaking out in a rare statement, saying, "I still wake up every morning having to convince myself that, no, it’s not a dream."
"This truly is my living nightmare," he said in a post on Substack on Friday.
"One thing I keep coming back to is how frightened they must have been,” Jake Reiner said of his parents. “They were the last people in the world to deserve what happened to them. They deserved to be loved, they deserved to be respected, and above all they deserved to be appreciated for how much they gave to all three of us and to the world."
Jake Reiner's brother, Nick Reiner, has pleaded not guilty to murder charges for the deaths of their parents and is due back in court next week.
Rob Reiner and Michele Reiner were found stabbed to death in their Brentwood home on Dec. 14, 2025. The night before, Nick Reiner -- who had been living on his parents' property -- got into an argument with Rob Reiner at a holiday party and was seen acting strangely, sources told ABC News. Nick Reiner was taken into custody hours after the bodies were discovered.
Rob Reiner, 78, and Michele Reiner, 68, married in 1989 and had three children: sons Jake and Nick and daughter Romy.
Jake Reiner described his parents as his “guiding lights, the foundation of who I am as a human being, and the most giving people I have ever known.”
"The love they have for me, my brother, and my sister is truly unconditional. And the love they have for each other in their marriage is something I always looked up to as the standard of what a successful relationship looks like," he wrote.

Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje in 'Euphoria' season 3. (Eddy Chen/HBO)
Euphoria is so back.
Sam Levinson's drama series has finally returned for season 3. Now that we're two episodes into the third season, viewers are situated in the time jump and have met the many new characters who become part of Rue, Cassie, Nate, Maddy and Jules' journey.
One of those new characters is Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje [ah'-duh-WAH-lay ah'-kuh-NO-yay ag-BAH-zhay]'s Alamo, who is Rue's (Zendaya) new boss. He spoke to ABC Audio about what it was like to join the series in its third season.
"It was really exciting to be invited and to be a part of the journey of Euphoria," Akinnuoye-Agbaje said. "These performances of this young cast — Zendaya, Alexa Demie, Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi — they were some of the most powerful performances I've seen on TV in many years. So the bar was set really high. And I was just happy to come on board and try to be a part of raising that bar."
Akinnuoye-Agbaje continued, saying fans will be "taken on a roller-coaster ride" over the course of the season.
"We follow these characters that they've [grown] to love in high school into the real world and see the cost of some of the choices that they make dabbling on the wrong side of the law, which is the realm in which Alamo lives," Akinnuoye-Agbaje says.
Above all else, Akinnuoye-Agbaje says season 3 continues to put a spotlight on one of the show's main themes.
"Most importantly, I think the subject matter that it addresses in this season, as it did in the previous ones, [is] the drug use and the impact of fentanyl on the younger generation," Akinnuoye-Agbaje said. "It really does spotlight and highlight it in a real way, and I was happy to see that and be a part of that."

The new Michael Jackson biopic Micheal opens in theaters Friday, and while Diana Ross was good friend of the singer, she won’t be represented in the film.
Vampire Diaries star Kat Graham was cast to play Ross in the movie, but she revealed on social media that her part of the film has been cut.
"Ahead of the April 24 release of the Michael Jackson film, I want to share that certain legal considerations affected a few scenes, including the ones I filmed with an incredible cast," she wrote on X. "Unfortunately, those moments are no longer part of the final cut, though the team worked hard to preserve as much of the story as possible."
Graham didn’t go into detail about the scenes. Variety reported in early April that the film went through $15 million worth of reshoots and cut out scenes pertaining to Jackson’s child molestation accusations because a settlement with one of the singer’s accusers, Jordan Chandler, prevented his portrayal in the film.
Michael stars Michael’s nephew Jaafar Jackson in the title role, with Colman Domingo playing the star’s father, Joe Jackson.

Get ready for some news that may leave you totally buggin'.
Peacock is no longer moving forward with the Clueless sequel series it had in development, ABC Audio has confirmed.
The show, which had planned to bring Alicia Silverstone back to her iconic role of Cher Horowitz, was announced to be in development at the streaming service in April 2025.
While exact plot details for the show had never been revealed, we know that it was meant to pick up with what happened in Cher's life many years after the events of the 1995 film Clueless.
Along with Silverstone, the original movie starred Paul Rudd, Stacey Dash, Brittany Murphy, Donald Faison, Elisa Donovan, Breckin Meyer and Dan Hedaya.
In an appearance on Today in August 2025, Silverstone said she was "really excited" about the TV show.
“I think we’re going to try really hard. The goal is to make it honor what everyone loves about Clueless and Cher," she said.
Silverstone also said she wanted to pay tribute to the source material while creating something new.
“So we want to honor that, but also bring something fresh and new to it. I’m confident that we’ll be able to do that, but we’re in baby stages right now," Silverstone said.
While the show is no longer moving forward at Peacock, Variety, which first broke the story, reports CBS Studios and Paramount are still high on the project and expect it to "generate significant interest in the marketplace" when it's taken out to buyers again.
Body horror is on full display in the Clayface teaser trailer.
DC Studios and Warner Bros. Pictures have released the first trailer for the upcoming thriller film from director James Watkins. It stars relative newcomer Tom Rhys Harries as the titular Gotham City villain.
According to its official description, Clayface "unravels one man’s horrifying descent from rising Hollywood star to revenge-filled monster in a story that explores the loss of one’s identity and humanity, corrosive love, and the dark underbelly of scientific ambition."
The teaser, which runs for just over a minute, finds Harries in character as the titular villain. He lies down, covered head to toe in bandages, on what appears to be a hospital bed. As he rests, we see moments from his Hollywood past in quick flashbacks. It is all cross-cut with imagery of his body and face changing in many different ways.
The Batman director Matt Reeves is producing Clayface from a script by Mike Flanagan, who is known for his Netflix horror projects The Haunting of Hill House and Midnight Mass. DC Studios co-head James Gunn also produces the project, which marks the studio's first-ever foray into the horror genre.
Naomi Ackie, David Dencik, Max Minghella, Eddie Marsan, Nancy Carroll and Joshua James also star in the upcoming film.
Clayface opens in theaters just ahead of Halloween on Oct. 23.

All adventurous women do ... write a bestselling book.
Lena Dunham is celebrating her new memoir, Famesick, reaching the top spot on The New York Times bestseller list.
The Girls creator took to her social media on Thursday to share a video of herself learning that her memoir reached #1 on the prestigious list. In the video, Dunham gets a call from her team telling her the good news.
Afterward, Dunham puts her head in her hands and starts to cry. The person on the other end of the call tells her she sold almost 60,000 copies of Famesick in week one alone.
"You’re joking guys,” Dunham says. “No way!”
The post's caption goes in depth on Dunham's feelings about the accomplishment.
"Screaming, crying, throwing up. Which, to be fair, I do a lot of in this book- but this time it’s for a much more joyful reason: I am bowled over by the support you have shown Famesick," Dunham wrote. "Almost two decades into my career, I know enough to know what a rare and special thing is to feel seen and heard, and this release has given me the opportunity to see and hear so many of you. I missed that."
Dunham goes on to write that she doesn't take any of this for granted.
"I am honored by every book in every pair of hands/ears and that Famesick made the #1 spot on the NYTimes, London Sunday Times, USA TODAY, and Indie Bookseller Bestseller lists," she wrote, before finishing with, "Thank you. Truly."
Famesick was published on April 14. According to a description from Penguin Random House, it is a "rowdy, frank reflection on illness, fame, sex, and everything in between" that finds Dunham wondering "whether fulfilling her creative ambitions has been worth the pain."

We're months away from stepping back into the Dancing with the Stars ballroom, but two cast members are already preparing their dance moves.
The Traitors star Maura Higgins and Summer House star Ciara Miller were announced Wednesday as the first two cast members to join the upcoming season of DWTS.
Higgins and Miller were revealed as part of the next season's cast at Hulu's second Get Real House event held in Beverly Hills, California.
Higgins rose to fame on the fifth season of the British reality show Love Island in 2019, where she was a finalist.
She went on to become a presenter for Love Island USA, Love Island Games and Love Island USA: Aftersun.
Most recently, Higgins starred on the fourth season of The Traitors, where she was a runner-up as a "faithful."
Miller, a former travel nurse and model, joined the fifth season of the hit Bravo reality show Summer House in 2021.
Many fans have shown support for Miller amid the show's current season, airing now, after her castmates Amanda Batula and West Wilson, whom Miller dated previously, confirmed their romantic relationship in a joint statement shared on their separate Instagram Stories.
While fans are awaiting to see how things will unfold between Miller, Batula, and Wilson at the Summer House season 10 reunion, Miller is turning her attention to DWTS.
