Triple A Northeast is reporting this week that the price of a gallon of regular gasoline in the Commonwealth is down this week by a single cent, at the lowest price point for this point of the calendar since 2005.
The average of a gallon of regular self serve unleaded gasoline is $2.20 in the Commonwealth, six cents below the current national average.
Gasoline prices have dropped nationally for 24 consecutive days.
The range in prices in the latest Triple A survey is 40 cents, from a low of 2.01 to a high of 2.41.
