A 23-year-old Fall River Man has been arraigned and held without bail after he was taken into custody on Christmas Eve for the murder of a 39-year old Fall River man, who was stabbed to death allegedly after the two men had an argument over a woman, according to Bristol County Prosecutors and first reported by CBS 12 in Providence.
Fall River Homicide Detectives were informed of a deceased male in a wooded area behind the Gold Medal Bakery on Bay Street in Fall River around 5:30 Tuesday Night.
Police found the body of the victim, 39-year old Gary Werra of Fall River.
Investigating FRPD Officers canvassed the area and interviewed witnesses, which lead to the arrest of 23 year old Jose Amador.
Amador will be back in court in late January.
