The Brayton Point Ticking Clock

With the closure of the Brayton Point Power Plant in Somerset set for the final day of May, attention now turns to those who will lose their jobs when Electricty Generation ceases this Spring.

Bristol Plymouth First District State Senator Mike Rodrigues tells WSAR that federal employment administrators have indicated that workers at Brayton Point will recieve extended benefits while employees look for new jobs or seek re training.
